Basic account information

Images, Files & Documents
We collect user image, files or documents and upload to http://classassist.masysgroup.com from in-app features like notice, emergency circulars, Click & Share, WhatsApp Messages. We retain the information uploaded or by user while using the Service. User can view and manage any content created or uploaded by the Admin. For example, during the class, there might be important notice that require User to upload photos, files or document. User may opt-out of such interactive practices by deactivating the camera.
Every User hereby expressly agrees that App may share the Information collected from such User with its affiliates, employees, and such other individuals and institutions located within or outside India from time to time to ensure efficient management of Website traffic, to detect and prevent identity theft and other illegal acts, and to respond to legal, judicial, quasi-judicial law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as required and permitted by law and for such other purposes that App may deem fit from time to time.
